Services

Go Velocity builds and manages websites for small businesses. Setup fees cover initial design and build; monthly fees cover hosting, updates, and ongoing management as described on our Pricing page. The monthly fee is not an empty recurring charge — it covers real, ongoing work.

Payment & cancellation

• Setup fees are due before work begins and are one-time charges.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and cover hosting, updates, and management.
• You may cancel monthly management at any time; there are no long-term lock-in contracts.
• If you cancel, we will provide your website files upon request.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate information and timely content for your website.
• You own the rights to all content and images you supply to us.
• You must not use your site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the finished website content you supplied. Go Velocity retains ownership of underlying templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools used to build your site, which you may use as part of your hosted site.

Limitation of liability

Go Velocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

Because our clients may be located across different US states, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
